#not able to claim reward at harvest festival

Is your inventory full?
Same happened to me a few days ago. Inventory was not full. Item did not appear in mailbox either.
Game platform: Xbox S|X
Game version: V1.0-947 (it was before the update a few days ago, not sure if that was a different version number)

Thanks, no worries. I filled my inventory with Harvest options then realized I couldn't even shop. Lol now I know better!

May I ask if this is your first year entering the harvest festival? If this isn't your first year, have you received the mooncake last year, perhaps? 😮 @karmic leaf @idle cradle
Yeah sometimes it's good to be able to go back. It was my first year. I started the day over so I could do over. On the second day, I left room in the inventory and got my prizes from minigame.
For this post, I just wanted to point out that my full inventory caused a crash during that minigame. As opposed to one time I had full inventory during the curling game and, instead of crashing, a message came up that the item was sent to my mailbox.🤗 I guess I'm a hoarder cuz I'm always filling up my bag. 😂
