Moving building duplicates storage inside

Hey, I recently built a shed for storage, and then decided to move the shed. The move went fine, but all the items inside my chests got duplicate.

For instance, I was keeping 10 of each level of cheese, waiting to get more ageing barrels. After moving I had 20 of each type of cheese. This effected all of my chests, including all types of goods. So fruit, vegetables, bugs, scavenged items. This also includes artisan goods.

As you can imagine, this kinda broke my game and reduced the challenge significantly, as my stumbling block to completing a lot of the game was money generation.

I am on xbox, but haven't turned it on yet this morning (it's before 7am here). I will update with the game version later on.

I have had another known issue of moving buildings and having the items stored in my house duplicate, but reported this one as seperately as I couldn't find a like example.

How did you move the building?

I requested the building to move via the carpenter. So that in and of itself was a part of the game. The issue was that it duplicated every item in every chest, and as this is my storage facility it has meant I have heaps of extra stuff to sell.

Game version is 1.0-947 on Xbox Series X

I know it does that in the coops and barns but hadn't heard of the shed doing it.

This happened to me too but I was moving the barn (not the shed) via the carpenter. It also duplicated the barn too
