Also noticed the Merfolk animation bug outside Tattoo Shop - Winter Thu 25 1830h. Merfolk was inside shop earlier when I was looking around then left. When I came out later found the bug....

Hello @coral elk. Thanks for letting us know about the issue! Have you had a chance to try replicating both of the issues to see if they persist? 🙂
