anyone having issues with the bug house and fish pond? neither are working forme

Do you just have one bug or fish in them? Are they frozen on complete. Depending on what you put in it can take almost a week to breed @hot mica

I have 2 in both and it's been waaay more than a week and nothing happens and I don't get the frozen question?
