Is Wakuu's 10 heart letter/event still bugged?

I've seen all of his heart events before 10, and we've been at 10 hearts for two full seasons now. Is there something I'm missing? Is it still bugged? It is currently not winter and hasn't been the entire time we've been at 10 hearts (spring to fall, someone previously mentioned it does not trigger in the winter) I have repaired the game files and made sure everything is updated

Yes, I'm pretty sure I have. I went through the wiki list and I've seen them all up through us doing yoga with Wataru

Are there more after that?

That’s a heart event for Wataru, not for Wakuu

Yes, I've seen that one. I thought yoga was a follow up for that, my bad!

Hi! Update: I found a video on youtube that had all of his scenes and I was able to figure out what I was missing and go back in order to progress. I just got the letter! In later updates will there be a feature in their character profiles or something to keep track of how many heart events we've seen? Especially with people where there's a lot overlap between characters (Wakuu and Wataru, Alice and Suki), it's hard to tell which scene belongs to which person. I thought I had seen them all, but I was wrong. Not a bug 🙂

Could you tell me what event you miss? I'm through every event Until this one, I had never encountered this event.

so i get wakuu letter after nina arrived and managed to get her to 8 hearts

that's mean you will need max friendship with the npc to get it

I missed 6 because Wataru and Wakuu have a lot of overlap and similar events, so I was mistaking his events as Wakuu's and thought I had seen more than I had. Someone else said the letter doesn't come in the winter if that's the season you're in right now, otherwise you need to get to 10 hearts to max the relationship and see it

I don't think I'm at 8 hearts with Nina yet, so I don't think they're related but I'm not sure

Well nina 8 hearts just trigger the letter for me, i think everyone got different trigger stuff?

Have you recheck all of the event time and location maybe some event you miss

Yes I have. Untill Wakuu and Wataru talking and them open heart at pier. Time i pass in game is about 5pm.

If you guys are still having issues with this, go to steam, right click on the game, go to properties and then click verify game files. It will patch any missing files and fix corruptions and glitches. I was having this issue, so I saved and closed the game and did this. Immediately loaded the game and had a letter from Wakuu in the morning!

This should work for any heart event issues.

I remember that Wataru fishing and Wakuu Walking next to each other fishing rod and started talking In this event, our characters didn't go and talk to either of them. It's like just going to see the event.

My 10 hearts event with wakuu is missing too... What can I do?

I have the same problem. I have 10 hearts with him, I saw all the heart events from 1-8 but after that there was no email from him. I can’t still propose to him and btw i’m on my third year now.
