Crashing

My sister plays this game more than I do but the game keeps crashing in her at various points in time she could be playing anywhere from 15 min to 2 hrs and it crashes

What game platform and game version?

Btw the devs are out until 4/15 so they won’t be able to address the problem until then but a lot of us here are pretty solid at walking through peoples most common issues

It’s random sometimes she can play a full in-game day and sometimes she will play for like a few in-game hours and it’ll crash
