I know someone else had posted this, but I figured more information would be helpful!

On Pc/steam current build as of date.

In the previous one he was scamming for gifts in summer. THIS TIME it's winter. Hovering over has question marks on the day but he's not fooling me! (It might be mermaids in actuality I'm not sure)

More than likely his portrait was used as a placeholder for merfolk/other characters

I searched through the Wiki for whose birthday it should be, and it says that it's Raj's birthday on Winter 2!
