My game had been running decently in general up until obtaining Rank A. Now my game is completely lagging and experiencing stuttering that impacts movement, tool use, and dialogue. It's almost unplayable now. I've been playing on the recommended settings since starting.

I haven't since that honestly didn't cross my mind as being an issue since I've always used recommended. If the solution is to lower graphical settings less than the recommended for my system, doesn't that mean there's an optimization issue?
Increasing the FPS output to 120 instead of the 60 helped a small amount but it wasn't substantial enough to ignore the stuttering.

The only adjustment I made was the framerate from 60 to 120 - unfortunately my game detection software isn't registering. (This is an issue I've had with other games as well)
