I lost all my hay..

Okay so I moved my chicken coop and my barn to the southwest side of my farm. And in my chicken coop is a chest labeled ‘HAY’ with almost 800 hay in it. So I go to my coop after I moved it and I go to my chest with the hay.. but there’s no hay. And the chest changed back to “Makeshift Chest” idk what to do because I had so much hay 😦

Update, I reset the day and everything is fine now. Just had a mini panic attack with my hay 🫶

Don’t leave a chest in the barn or coop. It doesn’t like it and will mess up.

Partially they’re joking 🤣 Barns/coops have always hated having chests in them. Just like if you put them too close to the footprint for it outside and then upgrade it will disappear too.

Lol thank you! If I put the chest by the little hay dispenser it wouldn’t go away or anything right? I upgraded my coop and luckily my hay was fine but I wanna make sure

I have my chest just outside of the fence since there is 2 different bugs that happen with chests in barns. Either you loss everything or it duplicates everything. If it duplicates your pail or shears the you can't sell the extras.

Everything in my chests in my house duplicates after I upgrade it. Like I’m not complaining about it but like it counts as cheating even though I can’t rlly do anything abt it 😬
