Character creation missing...skin?

Heyo! I just redownload the game and I was creating a new character but saw that it's errr missing skin? I play on steam and here's a recording from OBS. (Version: 1.0-947)

(Finished character creation and...it's still there 😅 I can post another vid if need be!)

I'm not sure what you mean by missing skin? If you mean skin color, I think that's in the first tab.

I'll have another vid to circle it. But if you look around the chest ish area there's an empty spot that shouldn't be empty.

Oh! Yes! I see what you mean, it's like the neck doesn't quite reach all the way into the shirt 😅 that is strange.
Does it still happen if you change your graphics settings, up or down?
