Uh... Coral Island Issues upon starting

Included is a screenshot for context. I have restarted my computer, checked the integrity of the game files, uninstalled and reinstalled the game, and it still looks like this

And it is not allowing me enough to see in order to fix the weird display issue it's having

To add, when I go to click on play or settings, the screen it's on goes black and then comes back and then doesn't go anywhere
