I am seeing this in the spring of year 2. Both days show a question mark in place of a name. I’m playing in the X box series X through game pass (build version 1.0-947). PS. I hope it is okay to share this here rather than creating another thread for xbox but if no please let me know for next time.

I want to add that 2 Winter is supposed to be Raj's birthday and because of this bug it doesn't register as Raj's birthday. I couldn't give them a birthday gift like usual, they just took one gift like its a normal gift instead of saying something about oh its my birthday thanks!

so this isn't just a calendar showing wrong birthdays, it actually affects the birthday mechanics of the NPCs affected

I've got this bug as well. Just wanted to add that I've also found it happening with other characters too...not just the Mayor. Also, why is the birthday in different seasons for some people? 0.0 Using pc xbox version, btw. 🙂 PPS, want to note that both his "birthdays" say " ? Birthday Today".
