Can you tell me how many hearts you have with Sam and Emily? Can you share the screenshot of it?
Do you remember what is the latest cutscene you had with Sam?
Can you go straight into the room without clicking "inspect"?

Dinda, as requested although currently at Year 8 Winter Tue 2 and had to wait until 9 am for the Store to open!! - I have 10 hearts with all the Townsfolk personnel, pink for all the boy/girl friends, although Raj is a Datemate?? & brown for all others. Can't remember the last cutscene. Yes I can go straight into the room - there is no pink twinkling stars like previous house rooms had earlier in the game. The "A Inspect" popup comes up just prior to entering the room and also when looking at the left hand pictures on the wall to right of entrance. I presumed it was referring to that storage room and not their bedroom further to the right.
