I just unlocked enchanting, but I'm wondering if I upgrade my tools from bronze to silver do I keep the enchantment or do I have to re-do it?

And once you upgrade higher you get more enchantment slots too. Osmium has 3.

Since this thread is about enchanting. Do we have a list somewhere of artifacts and their enchanting points ? I'm trying to upgrade my enchants and I can't reach 200 points with the dedicated slots
