#No Character collision detection

I really enjoy playing this game and have spent considerable hours doing so. However, this seems to be a general issue with many objects in this game as previously reported. As shown the MC is able to walk through both Raj and Mark in the following scene but not the other two waiter characters. As I'm no programmer or Unreal expert and considering the number of personnel employed I begin to wonder why this game was released.
Fall Tue Day 23 evening. More examples - was able to walk through Connor while fishing at Dockside, then Emily while she was outside Sam's drinking her coffee, and as shown in video clip. It seems that this can occur when characters are static, even if animated a little. If the characters are walking/in motion then the MC moves around them.
Hello @timber cobalt. Thanks for reaching out! I've confirmed with the teams that if NPCs are in idle mode (standing, doing nothing), you can walk through them 🙂
Dinda, is that a glitch in the Unreal 4 program then or what as it does distract from the QA aspects of the game and player's opinions.
