I've been having some weirdness with my beehives where they don't seem to be accurately showing how much progress they've made yet.
I had four of them at max progress for about a full day, but after waking up some of them had finished, others had doubles, and yet others were still in progress when they very much shouldn't have been.
I'm on PC, through steam, and keep my game regularly updated.

Update: Stopped playing a little while and just loaded back in and it's seemingly doing fine now, but I've been having these issues quite regularly

this is a known issue with all machines. Just restart the game every couple of days to avoid this.

Hi, i discover when happen this bug (one escenario). I had got a electric storm+rain in spring 16 (year two). During this storm my solar panel and beehives are in "max progress" and dont finish product. At next day is in same state.
I hope this helps to find the problem.
