xbox series x random crash

Playing on the Xbox series x and have had several instances of the game crashing randomly. It will just close out entirely and go to the Xbox Home Screen. There has been no pattern in what I was doing when it happened. The most recent happened during a dive. I happened to turn my head for just a moment to look at something else and when I looked back it was at my Home Screen. When I try to go back in it restarts the software as if it was closed out entirely.

I don’t and I’m not sure how to capture it.

Also I just noticed that it’s happened for the second time after doing the fossil trivia mini game during the winter festival.

You can take video on your Xbox. I believe it's under the tab where your captures are.

Mini games have been known to cause crashes. I also know on PC game pass the winter shops don't work.

I have captures turned in but never used the feature before. Not sure how to access it or start one.

For video I believe you have to go to that tab to start and finish the video. I know there is a button for screen shots.
