A few times per day I hear a sound that sounds like a loud Kazoo. Anyone know what it is?

I know you said a Kazoo, but does it sound more like a boat horn? If so that means you have a gift waiting for you at the diving dock! When you get to the dock there is a little basket next to the Coral Island sign and when you click it, it’ll open and give you a gift
