I got my town to Rank D and unlocked the quail and goats but when I try and buy them I get an error saying I don't have room in my coop or barn. My barn only has one cow and one sheep and I have a fresh coop with no animals in it so I am not sure what the issue is....

No they are not….how do you get them to level 2?
