I've so far only seen one cutscene that was obviously a special cutscene for her. It was the one in Sam's shop. I'm at 5 hearts for her but I haven't really explored much of the town unless I'm delivering something to someone or if I'm foraging for things to turn into jams. Or gift to some poor, unsuspecting person. (I took Eva saying she finds inspiration from the beach too seriously and tried giving her a shell...)
