Hi! I was clearing an area in Empat Pulu and was able to find the 2 orbs for the area, but I had to exit diving because it was super late and was running out of time. I went back the next day and both the orbs are missing. I was able to find 1 by clearing out the remaining trash, and now the area has all cleared out, I couldn't find the other one. Is this a known bug? Or do I just wait for trash to respawn?

Definitely always activate the orbs before you leave. You can always come back to finish clearing the path if needed, but as it is now you're going to have to wait for trash to acumulate then find those two orbs again
I'd give it like a week in game then check the area. Maybe two in game weeks
