While I'm sure that's true of some games, it can very much depend on how much RAM it requires and how intensive a game is on a graphics card. Even with dedicated gaming devices like the Switch, some games end up porting bad and looking even worse. Coral Island isn't as powerful as those games, but iOS and Android are not optimised for gaming.
