I was on summer year 2 day 2, planting crops and went to save then the game crashes. When I went to go load back in. All of my save data was gone, only had one file but it doesn’t show it, it only shows ‘start a new game.’ Although when I click manage game it shows me I have at least 3.8 Gb of saved data.

The teams are investigating more on this missing save file issue, and I will definitely reach out again if we have news from the teams. Seriously? Still no update? What are the teams even doing to fix this? I had this same issue at least 2-3 weeks ago and you said this exact same thing. And I have seen a report from 2-3 months ago where you said THE SAME thing also? Yet you guys continue working on plot lines and decor items, and clothing items. Why are you guys not pausing on other things to try and fix ACTUAL PROBLEMS? I’m so livid that you guys are not taking this seriously.
