It always crashed whenever I try to start the game on steam. it will proceed until the logo of stairway games then after that suddenly it will crash. Tried it several times. Also tried uninstalling and installing the game still the issue still persist. This is the first time it happens to me.
I am using steam on pc to run the game.

I have updated the game awhile ago since there is a new hotfix. I was able to play for like 30mins then suddenly the game crashed. I tried opening the game again but it will only proceed to the logo of stairway games then after that suddenly it will crash.

Hi @covert crescent. We've received a similar report to the crash log you sent, and after analyzing the issue, there's a possibility that your save file is corrupted. But don't worry! The game will scan your backups so you don't lose your save file forever. Every time you open the game, it will scan 1 of your save file/backup, so you have to keep opening the game until it can find the file that's not corrupted. I'm really sorry about this issue and please let us know again 🙇♀️
