Game crashes on load up ps5

When I start the game just after the title screen I get error code ce-100002-3 game then crashes and closes itself repeats on every load. (Tried all Sony suggested fixes didn’t help) happens every time I try to load the game. tried 5-10 times. Started at version 1.002.005 did the update today and still crashes.

I can delete my save and start a new game and game works. But then if I re download my save from the cloud it crashes again. I hope there is a fix because I’m about 120 hours into the game and restarting at this point just seams not worth it.

Can you please check your save file info and send us a screenshot of it? 🙇‍♀️

  1. Go to the PS5 settings.
  2. Select storage.
  3. Once in storage, choose the saved data option.
  4. In the saved data menu, select the game "Coral Island".

Alright! Thanks for sharing the info. I'm sorry you had to delete your save file in the process to be able to play the game 🙇‍♀️
