new update crashing

Hotfix update came out about an hour ago and I can no longer access my saved game. Crashed each time I try to load in on my Xbox X.
Have over 200 hours and has never been an issue previously.

It had a previous option to load the day I was currently half way through. After that, I just tried to load from the previous day which is the option I have recorded. Thank you

Sorry it won’t open. I did try before.
I haven’t got anything like that on my farm yet.
I can send another video later when I get back home. I tried it 5 times both ways and reset my Xbox just in case it was playing up. I also double checked my internet in case it may have caused an issue.

I am having the same issue on ps5. Reloading the save doesn't work. I do have a torch placed near the bos entrance.

Xbox version is completely unplayable after the update. If we all cannot even load the game, I feel like we can all request the refunds in Xbox store and report it further to the Microsoft so that the game won’t be in the store anymore and continue tricking more players into this rabbit hole

Torches = yes just one
but have 8 lamps

It took them almost three months for hot fix on Xbox meanwhile both ps5 and steam got like two in that time frame.

The blame is squarely on Microsoft for that. They're notorious for dragging their feet when it comes to game updates

I play on PS5 and also cannot open any saves after the update. Tried at least 5 times and crashed every time. I have one torch on my farm 😩

I’ve been waiting a few weeks for them to “fix” my issue with no resolve. I don’t think they’re worried about fixing anything that isn’t storyline or decor..

I mean the blame is partially on the devs for releasing a game with so many bugs…

The worst part of the console update is we can't even roll it back ourselves 😦 I played for three seasons without a single crash. I would rather have the game working without these changes from the recent update than wait for an update. If an update breaks the game for every single person on console that has a torch on their map, then it should be rolled back for consoles 😐

Yeah it's an interesting choice that this torch issue has been a problem in the past and they didn't fix it for this console update.

It’s likely they released the update for every platform at the same time. Unclear if it’s possible to take back a an update submission for PS/xbox

I can't load my saved game after the last game update. I play Coral Island on Xbox X. My game version is v1.0-945 and my saved file is on Year 3, Spring 1 with $2,446,716.
There's an error message saying "this saved has crashed when loaded". I also tried to loading the backup save of the previous day, but the game crashed again.
I really enjoy this game and I'd like to not lose all my progress. What I should do to fix it?

Same issue on ps5. I cannot open my save and I had a few torches on my farm. My husband's ps5 save loads perfectly fine and he has no torches.
