Unreal engine keeps crashing when trying to plate

Playing on PC on Steam. Unreal engine keeps crashing, don't know why. I tried on two different computers. For one I got through a whole day then it crashed, the other it crashes sporadically. Doing different things each time.

I saw a few people saying they had crashes when talking to wakuu, I was definitely talking to him at least 3 of the times I crashed, high probability its related.

Also I am unable to speak to chaem or the old man who runs the hot springs at all. Can't even click on them.

I´m having the same UE crash. But I recognized it´s every time when I picked up my bee hives.

I've crashed twice today... one was walking through town and the other was teleporting to the Giants Village just now

The devs are aware of the issue with talking to NPCs and are working on fixing the issue. I’ve seen people mention Sam, Wakuu, Chaem and the giants I can’t talk to the man at the hot spring either, haven’t for a while

Haven't had any issues with Sam yet. But good to know.

Hi @frail cloud. Thanks for the report. There are several NPCs who crash when you talk to them, and the teams are fixing the issue now. Hopefully, it can be fixed soon 😊

Hello! Are you playing on Steam PC? Can you share your crash log?
You can access the crash log under this file path: C:\Users\ <username>\AppData\ Local\ProjectCoral\Saved\Crashes (the .xml file) and send the entire log here 🙂

I'm on Steam PC but for some reason, I can't see onto Saved/Crashes. I got onto ProjectCoral from ''browse'' on Steam but all I have is this? Sorry, not the greatest at tech!

I've verified integrity of games files earlier and I think it kinda helped, haven't crashed since then but if I crash again, I can screen shot it :)

Can you try copy-paste this file path after opening your pc's username: %localappdata%\ProjectCoral\Saved\Crashes? 🙂

Ooh I found it! Sorry, how do I send the crashes? Copy and paste the .xml file?

Yep, open the folder then you can drag and drop it or copy and paste it into Discord
