How to stop Xbox crashing?

I’m wondering if anyone else has found a way to stabilize their game on Xbox. I’ll load in, go to begin a task/try to run around to merely progress in just the early stages of my save, only for it to continuously crash and have to restart. Feels like I make zero progress, ive barely just met over half the town and the game will crash and force me to do it all over again. For a while I was stuck replaying some festival for days. I see the devs posted a road map with content updates, so really hoping they fix optimization and bugs asap
