I want to complete all achievements on steam, but some were locked (gifting all npc's, for example). Is it possible to complete all rn?

I recently did the gifting all NPC and I completed the Multi-Level Gifting Achievement. I'm missing 4 achievements and currently crafting everything for the (1) DIY Expert Achievement, the rest are (2) Legendary Farmer (3) Coral Island's Sweetheart, this one I can't trigger at all, I reached 8 hearts with everyone including the giants. Lastly, 4) BOS Finest, as far as I know the BOS Finest Achievement cannot be triggered, I already reported it and they say its a bug.
