Since i have reached 7 hearts i cant talk to Pablo. I can give him presents but there is no talking option. Is this a bug?

There's a new bug with the Steam PC v1-945 release where some NPCs sometimes stop talking. What season are you in right now? I couldn't talk to Rafael and MArk all Spring but once summer hit I could talk to them again
