Game crashed buying furniture. Crashed my video card, game uninstalled itself and my save corrupted

My game crashed while I was trying to buy furniture just after getting Town Rank C. It crashed so hard it also crashed my video card. I restarted my PC, only to see that the game had uninstalled itself.
I re-installed the game and it turns out my whole save file is corrupted. Multiple attempts to restore from back-ups also resulted in crashes.

Platform: PC, Steam
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600G
GPU: RTX 3060
RAM: 16 GB
SSD

Hello @marble mesa. May I ask if you have a torch on your farm by any chance? 😮

Yeah I had.... five?

They were the only lighting I had

did I put one somewhere bad?

One was in front of the cellar doors, one was beside the greenhouse plot, the other three were on the actual farmable areas

It's probably worth noting that the torches were there for a while with no problem, many days in-game passed

It worked! Also I belatedly got some achievements too, so that's cool :'D
