Is the general shop just for clothing tops? I am confused on why the sign outside says crops/fruit/special crops, but you cannot buy anything other than the clothing tops. Also wondering about the tattoo shop as it is completely empty for me and I cannot interact with anything inside the shop? I have cleared all the trash and have the special perk you get for underwater. Is the mermaid kingdom unfinished?
