so my oil presses are on a conveyor belt with my composters. i put in olives to make olive oil but they had to wait while my oil presses were finishing up truffle oil. when i came back to collect, my olives were gone but no olive oil, i had a bunch of compost despite not putting any trash in, so do olives/other fruits get turned into compost or is this a bug?
#olives turned into compost?

Compost bins use any organic item available to them, including crops, fruit, fish, flowers, and so on, so yes, your olives would have been used for compost.
I would advise not having them on any production line that you would like to use valuable items on, especially since truffles are considered mushrooms and thus are viable for the compost bin
