Crashing Right After Going to Bed

1. The game is stuck on Winter 5 year 1. No matter what i do during the day, as soon as I go to bed the game crashed.

Hello @hexed dew. Thank you for reporting the issue. Can you tell me what activities you did during the day? Are you using an architect desk by any chance? 😮

I did not use the architect desk. I went to the mine (earth), tend to the animals, got some artisan (honey, cheese, mayo), harvested from fruit trees, and bought shears and medicine from the ranch.

Are you building/moving your farm building via the carpenter? 😮

no im not moving anything. but i did moved the solar on my own twice

Hi! I'm really sorry for the late reply. The teams are still working to fix it. But we finally found what is causing it, and it's from harvesting your fruit trees. You can try avoiding your fruit trees for a while if you want to continue playing. I'm so sorry about this 🙇‍♀️

Hello, after a few months I waited for an update on the game. Unfortunately my game still crashed and it's currently unplayable. Regardless of what i do during the day--whether I do anything at all-- the game still crashes once I go to sleep. I tried doing NOTHING during the day and went straight to sleep at 6AM, but the game still crashes. I haven't played the game since February.
