So I have reported similar crashes but this time hopefully little more info might find the reasoning behind them
So I play on both Xbox One via cloud gaming and Xbox S downloaded to the system
In the past crashes happened at random (end of the day, before saving after doing many different activities, or doing absolutely nothing)
So started a new game to make notes to help you guys out
completed 1 full year in the game( spring summer fall and winter) and had few reconnect due to the weather on cloud gaming no crashes at all
In that year completed all 4 mines to level 40
got town rank to level D started ranching etc
(the previous save was further along in rank and ocean)
In the ocean only completed bronze area and 18 of 20 of the silver area
Year 2 spring 25 after still having NO crashes cleared the silver area in the ocean and spoke to the merfolk, Slept to save before entering the gold kelp area and experienced the first crash on this save just after you received the stamina fruit. So reloaded game and left the ocean and farmed and foraged and managed one more sleep the next day fishing only experienced a second crash.
Now shut off the game as annoyed but whatever causing the crashes for me at least is once i get into the gold area of the ocean
On previous saves i cleared ocean to rank A before clearing all mines and multiple crashes
this time took my time no crashes until reach the gold area
Not sure how this can help but worth looking into please.
Still an amazing game and hope consoles can be sorted soon however not sure how much i can still play while crashes occur but least i know where they start
