#computer completely nonfunctioning?

I got the sturdy computer and when I interact with it the only option is to leave! I thought even without modules it had an online shopping option. I'm on PC (steam), version v1-310.

Online shopping was disabled accidentally in the last patch. They're working on fixing it though
