I have two (level 1) barns, one has 3 cows and a single sheep. The other barn is empty and newly built. When I went to move the sheep to the new barn the option to move it was greyed out and I can't click it. I couldn't move the cows either.
The new barn is finished and accessible and I could buy and put new animals there. So is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?

Make sure all your animals inside the barn to move them, but I heard some people can’t move their animals also
