Don't drop the balloon minigame

I was just wondering if the minigame at the new years fest is the only minigame you can't replay to attempt to get higher rewards. I played it once and got to second place, but no rewards and it won't let me attempt to try again for first place. I saw bugs and saw the rewards issue was noted, but am wondering about the replayability of the minigame as well
