Why have you stopped replying to emails from those of us with genuine issues? I wanted to change from a Switch code to a Steam Code, you never gave it to me, and now say it's too late and you "can't." There continues to be a complete lack of update about Switch, and you actively ignore those of us who ask. I actually was an alpha backer and have never played the game.
