Hello @cyan fractal. Thank you for reaching out to us about the crash. Have you tried to verify integrity of game files? You can do that by clicking properties on the Steam library and then clicking Installed Files ๐
Hi, Dinda, I verified and it's okay
I uninstalled and installed again and the same thing appears ๐ฆ
Hello @cyan fractal. I'm sorry for the late reply ๐โโ๏ธ
Can you send us your save file so our team can take a closer look? You can access it under this file path: C:\Users\ <username>\AppData\Local\ProjectCoral\Saved\SaveGames and send it here ๐
Save file is the one with "DailySave_(number).sav" you can send it all to us ๐
Thank you! We will inform our teams about this ๐

The errors continue, unfortunately. But I guess are other ones.
Hi @cyan fractal. May I ask you to zip all of your SavedGames folder and send it to us? This will help the teams solve the issue. Thanks in advance! ๐
Hi @cyan fractal. Hi everyone. After analyzing the issue, there's a possibility that your save file is corrupted. But don't worry! The game will scan your backups so you don't lose your save file forever. Every time you open the game, it will scan 1 of your save file/backup, so you have to keep opening the game until it can find the file that's not corrupted. I'm really sorry about this issue and please let us know again ๐โโ๏ธ
Here, Dinda, hope it helps โค๏ธ

Thank you for sending it to us! ๐
Also, can you try to reopen the game over and over again until the game can load the backups successfully? @cyan fractal ๐
I'm trying
Dinda, I guess it's impossible cause all the times, it happens almost the same thing... The game load until that epilepsy (?) warning then it's black and crashes. Sometimes doesn't even load until that warning... ๐ฆ
Can you tell me how many times have you tried opening the game? ๐ฎ
More than 30
I see. I will inform this back to the teams ๐โโ๏ธ
Hi @cyan fractal. Good news! Our teams have found another way for you to open the game ๐
First you need to turn off your SteamCloud, then go to the SaveGames folder and delete this file ๐
And then try open the game, if you can open the game successfully, close the game again then turn on the SteamCloud ๐
I'll try, Dinda

Dinda, the game opened when I turned off the SteamCloud, but when I turned on again, it crashed ๐ฆ
Hi! Can you go back to the folder to see if the CorruptedSaveList.sav is still there? ๐ฎ
The file was recreated after the crash, Dinda...
When you open the game and the Steam Cloud is turned off, have to tried opening your save file too then closed it again and turning on the Steam Cloud again? ๐ฎ
I didn't, I'll try later, Dinda

Dinda, this ocurred after I played a bit without the cloud save
And the errors continue, Dinda. Even doing what you said ๐ฆ
Oh no.. I'm so sorry about this! I will relay this info back to the teams ๐โโ๏ธ
Can you tell me is the crash log appears right after you're successfully load the file, or before? ๐ฎ
After, cloud off
I see. I will notify the teams about this right away
Hi @cyan fractal. Can you try turning off your Steam Cloud again and play for one day full, then turning it on the cloud again? When you turn on the cloud, there will be an option to download or upload. You can choose the "upload" option.
There's a possibility it hasn't successfully synced between your folder and Steam Cloud; that's why the CorruptedSaveList.sav is still there whenever you turn on your cloud ๐
Right, Dinda, I'll try again

Dinda, I turned off the Steam Cloud to play and occurred this
Alright. Thanks for trying! It seems the crash is still persistent ๐
Do you mind sharing a video recording of you deleting the CorruptedSaveList.sav and opening the game until you get the crash again? ๐โโ๏ธ
That option doesn't appear to me, Dinda ๐ฆ
I don't know how to record, Dinda
Hi! Iโm sorry for not getting back to you sooner. You can try manually recording with your phone or using an app called "Bandicam" or quicki.com ๐
I'll do it ASAP, Dinda, thank you
Dinda, I just downloaded Bandicam, to record what you said and the game opened?! :
hello, i recently wiped my pc and when trying to play coral island it crashes before getting to main option screen

Hi, Obsidian, I guess it's good to you to create your report to let it easier to Dinda and other mods to answer you
Hi! I'm really sorry for the late response ๐โโ๏ธ so is the game magically working again now? ๐
Hi! May I ask for your deviceโs specifications details (CPU, GPU, RAM, HDD/SSD, etc.)? You can check how to do it here https://techguided.com/how-to-check-your-computer-specs/ ๐
Yes, Dinda! And thank you for everything

sorry, i learned the issue was a hardware one and have since fixed it using a de-clocking software
