Can anybody help please the game has crashed again and lost my save file. This is the 3rd time it has happened with the first 2 times completely wiping my save file but the 3rd time my save file shows it is still on my system in the game info file but the game won't load my save. I'm playing on Xbox series S the only option it gives me is to start a new game.

May I ask if you have updated your game to the latest version? You should get a prompt to load your backup save file. We're also investigating more for people who didn't get the prompt.

Hi Dinda unfortunately the game is fully updated. There is no option to load a backup save just start a new game
