Lodeh Recipe

Everytime I try to make Lodeh from scratch (got the recipe off a guide) it results in a failed dish. I always recheck it, make sure I'm using tempeh instead of tofu, using different vegetables and coconuts, making sure I use the pot, but it still comes out as a failed dish. I'll try to make it again and if it fails I'll add a video underneath
