I’m kind of blocked from playing right now cause i lost my tools from a game bug. I put my tools in a chest and then they disappeared. Anyone know if there’s a Stairway Games support email I can get help from?

It's a known bug and the team is currently working on a fix, likely something similar to retrieving the missing tools from the blacksmith. However, no exact dates of when the update will be released.
If you're on PC you could possibly try to retrieve a backup save if you're seeking to resolve the issue earlier.
