My Goat doesn't give milk

Is that normal? I bought 2 goats, and both are healthy, pet every day, feed, etc... they are happy, but one of them never gives milk, the other one is normal, and gives milk whenever it is supposed to. Do we have male goats? Should this happen? 😕
My game is updated on PC Steam.
