I've found it in the forest near the ruins in Fall

i found titan arum around that area mostly in fall. having a sturdy computer will definitely help you. and i found a tip that you have to chop down trees around the forest to raise the probability for it to spawn. personally after chop down trees i can find 2 titan arum between 1-13 fall. hope it helps!

I don't know if other person get this too but I got rafflesia and Titan Arum on first day of season on forest around cavern/mines and forest near the giants. But so far I can only get like 2 per season
