#XBOX Cloud Gaming Disconnect and Save Game Wipe

Good day! Firstly, I want to thank you for your hard work on creating a wonderful game. Harvest Moon was one of my favorite games when I was young and Coral Island brings that feeling back in the best way.

As for the issue, I have noticed that I tend to have a problem with the game save. Every 3-4 “game days” the game disconnects/crashes when saving at the end of the day. I have not been able to determine any particular chain of events otherwise that causes this issue. And as of today it appears that I may have lost my game save entirely. When I logged in today, my only play option was “New Game”.

I hope that I can somehow salvage my game save, if possible. Either way, I appreciate your time and efforts fixing this, and all of the issues.

(Also, thank you for fixing the museum bug! I had SOOO many chests of collectibles to donate. lol)

Hello @polar sphinx. Good day to you too! Thank you for taking the time reporting this to us. I'm really sorry you've lost your save file. I know how frustrating this can be 😢

May I ask have you updated your game to the latest version? You should get a prompt to load your backup save file. We're also investigating more for people who didn't get the prompt.

Once again, we're truly sorry about this. We will work to improve our save file system so this doesn't happen again in the future 🙇‍♀️ 🙇‍♀️ 🙇‍♀️

Lost my 50 hours gameplay just now. The game crashed during The " saving" prompt. When I started The game again my save was gone. [ xbox series S]
And yes, I had The latest version of The game installed.

See they don't even know xbox...u can't play a xbox game without having the current version the download prompt comes up automatically when you launch the game.

Hello @polar sphinx. May I ask, are you playing exclusively on Xbox Series S or cross-platform (on Xbox Series S and PC), using the same save file? 🙂
