Hi @fringe salmon thanks for the response crash happens when doing the ff Clicking the “check rewards” or trying to check the beluga bay’s display not really sure what triggers it. Happens for 3rd time already its just arround the main event Box when we interact with it

I cant pass through the main event and I know several people experiencing the same issue

@fringe salmon I also got this problem on Xbox App (Gamepass). It will be crash when we do click on "Check reward". Please fix it ASAP because everyone cannot pass Fall 15th if they won and want the reward.

The crashes will keep getting worse until your save file is permanently corrupted and you can never get it back. All they will say is “oopsie!” It happened to a whoollleeee long Xbox players and the issue isn’t even resolved. They told me they will try to fix that in the future. It’s not fixed now, so be prepared to lose it all if you keep playing.

Steam version isn’t that much better , the game shouldn’t be out and people definitely shouldn’t have to pay for it. It’s not done.

@slim ocean yes they havent patch that if you can manage to finish the main event dont take your items youll get it on mail tomottow

I think we can experience it most on pc Gamepass/Steam Im using both AMD Hardwares (cpu&gpu)

@supple cypress I agree most of games can implement a patch with in 24-48 Hour for bugs and crashes . Now its been from the 1.0 release still nothing I just got tired of it and go back playing SV and portia

Hi QueenBee! So when you say "it'll keep getting worse.." say, I skip the Harvest Festival and keep playing. . do you mean the crashes will happen again and eventually I'll end up losing all my progress? I've been thinking of skipping the HF altogether to be able to continue playing.. but if its at the risk of losing everything then.. .sigh I dont know what to do..

The crashes will happen again and at random times, sometimes while it’s trying to save when you go to “sleep” (end the day). Before I lost it all, it was crashing 3-4 times an hour.

And my whole game is permanently gone and they literally said sorry and that’s all. They didn’t fix the problem to prevent it so yeah, you’ll lose your game eventually. A majority of us have.

This is a new crashed, I just try to summit crops to competition then it's crashed.

Scenario is the first time I clicked to summit it working fine, but I try to change some crop by Clicking "Summit" again (The second time)

It means you should ignore the game until they actually finish it because year 2 is when I lost my entire save and I didn’t go to a single festival.

I know , it sucks. I had the ocean completely cleared, the mines cleared, and the tree and museum halfway done and I lost everything. I will never play the game again because I don’t want to redo all that. But I will try to let as many people as possible know their inevitable fate if they keep playing in its current state.

i cannot even imagine people paying 15$ for an unfinished game. hopefully the update will be out soon though

Hello friends, I hope you're all doing well! I'm also facing this issue. I'm playing the PC version of Game Pass, and after more than 50 hours of gameplay, I started experiencing the fatal error during the Harvest Festival. After trying to interact with the main event, it freezes and closes. The message that appears is: "UE4_PROJECTCORALGDK is corrupted and needs to be closed. Fatal error."

Hello @lunar locust the only platform I have to play on is PC, and if I lose this save of over 50 hours, unfortunately, I won't be able to play again. I live in Brazil, and here a console or computer costs more than 5 minimum monthly salaries, haha.

I also have the same issue with the harvest fest! I can’t complete it without it crashing. It will crash when I do “check rewards” and also when I finish the apple bobbing game.

This game will continue to crash until it corrupts your whole save and you cannot get it back. It happened to me and many others. And the only response you will get from Dinda is to ask you what you were doing, and when you finally lose your save all she will say is "oopsie sorry we dont know where those files are so we cant retrieve them"
They pushed this game release early then fired their staff. there is no one to actually fix the game.

This exact crash happened to me yesterday (Xbox pc) : I was checking the rewards or the beluga bay guy stall and the game froze and then close by itself and said 'fatal error'. So I restarted the day but did this 3 times in a row cause I thought it was my problem but then I understood it was meant to crash there, so I just started the event the 4th time and it went all well but still curious about what the rewards were 🥲

It's unbelievable the amount of crashes and issues in this game!!!! For God's sake! Since January they haven't fixed the crash of the harvest fest event in the Game Pass version. While they fixed it in the others. Tired of waiting, I followed the step-by-step from Reddit to proceed. And now when I start the game it's giving a fatal error!!!!!

I am having the exact same issue. First crash was when I went to pick my items for display and now after I picked my items for display. it crashed when I went to start the festival/submit my items for the contest. Really bummed.
