#Xbox srs S Crashes over and over

My wife and I are playing this together. I play on series X and she plays on series S. Her game crashes SO often. It happens at big events and it happens just randomly. Yesterday it crashed twice at the end of the day on the same day, even when she redid the day.
That same thing just happened. She just turned off the game in frustration. Why does the game close so much on Xbox series S? My game has never done that on series X.
I hope you’re able to resolve soon. We’re both addicted, but this might kill it for her.

Thanks Dinda! The most consistent was when she’d come back from diving. She’s in fall on year 1, and she would get the cutscene with the sea dragon, and there was one more pillar to unlock, and it would crash when she took the anchor.
During the harvest festival it would crash as well. Multiple times (probably 3 each) for those two places.
She says other times it happens just randomly when she’s running around.

Ironically, about 30 seconds after you messaged me my game crashed for the first time in series X… It happened on the first night of the winter festival while I was doing trivia. I had just done trivia for the fourth time and it crashed.
Other things I did in the day was just go diving and unlock the sea dragon cave.

these crashes will keep happening until eventually your save file corrupts and your game is gone forever.

Thank you for sharing the information. May I ask is the diving crash happens when triggering the cutscene? Or when calling the anchor?

For the crash on Harvest Festival, if your wife experienced the crash when viewing or collecting rewards, we have fixed the crash on the latest hotfix. Please update the game if you still haven't 🙂

It happens when she’s triggering the cut scene in the ocean.

With the harvest festival, she says it just happens when she’s walking around. Not sure what’s up with that. Our games are both updated to the most recent version though, I made sure to check that.

I didn’t think to save videos, but for future crashes I will record what happened. Thank you again.
