it has been 2 weeks since i lost my game. it has been over a month for others. why wont any of you address this to us? You are ignoring an entire community of your players. You carry on with an event like an entire player base cant even have access to a game they put hours into. this needs to be your top priority.

Hi @upper crescent. We've released a new hotfix for the Xbox Series. You should get a prompt to load your backup save file if you experience missing save file previously. Please note as the file is from your backup, you may lose a few days when opening it. Feel free to poke me if you have questions about this. Thank you for your patience!

Our newest hotfix is a few days ago, please check in here for the full list of the updates: #📋coral-changelist message. If you open the game and you don't see any backup file, unfortunately, your backup save is also corrupted. We will work to improve our save file system so this doesn't happen again in the future. Thank you and I'm really sorry about this 🙇‍♀️

That was 90 hours of gameplay you lost. carelessly. without regard. how can you release a game that has the potential to do this then just say "oopsie!". your game is already plummeting in ratings on the store. i will not be playing this game again.
