I tried talking to him because I noticed he's the only merfolk I don't have yet. It won't let me talk to him. It says A to talk and every time I did it didn't do anything.

I’ve been having this same problem with all the merfolk npcs! Agung, Miranjani, Olan, Semeru and Deno specifically. I haven’t tried with Krakatoa and Nanda Devi.

I can talk to the merfolk guards, but they all repeat the same line of dialogue.
